From Dublin direction take N4 towards Carrick-on-Shannon.
Approx 4 miles before Carrick-on-Shannon take turn off for Drumsna.
From Drumsna turn of take first right R299 towards Leitrim Village.
0.4 of a mile to roundabout turn left at roundabout R299.
Take 2nd right towards Keshcarriagan (Garvey's garage on corner).
Continue on this road past first right turn marked "Headford lake"
Take next right at small cross road. 1.6 miles from Garveys garage.
Carry on this road till you come to a Y junction at 0.4 of a mile.
Keep to the left of the junction – continue for 1.2 miles.
As you get to the top of the hill you will see an old farm house on the right at the bottom of the hill.
Go past this house and about 100yds you will see the site on the right with a FOR SALE sign.
